What we collect
When you send an enquiry we collect your name, e-mail address, optional phone number and your message, together with the page you sent it from, your IP address and your browser's user-agent string. The last three are kept so that we can investigate abuse of the enquiry form.
We store your language and currency preference in a cookie so the site opens the way you left it. A session cookie keeps you signed in and protects forms against cross-site request forgery.
Why we collect it
To pass your enquiry to the owner of the property you asked about, to reply to you, and to keep the platform free of automated abuse.
Who we share it with
Your enquiry is shared with the account holder offering the property you enquired about, and with our own team. We do not sell personal data, and we do not pass your enquiry to other agents.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained while they are commercially relevant and then deleted. Account data is retained for as long as the account exists.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us using the details on the contact page.
