Commission
One rate, published on every page. No negotiation, no surprise at the closing table.
Selling a property
Charged on the sale price, payable on completion of the transfer.
Renting a property
Charged on the annual rent, as is standard in Dubai, payable when the tenancy contract is signed.
What the commission covers
- Verification of ownership documents and the advertising permit
- Listing presentation in seven languages and five currencies
- Enquiry handling and qualification, so you meet serious parties
- Viewing coordination
- Guidance through the DLD transfer or the tenancy contract
What it does not cover
- Government fees — DLD transfer fees, Ejari registration and similar charges are set by the authorities and paid directly to them
- Developer or NOC fees, where the developer charges them
- Valuation or conveyancing carried out by a third party you appoint
We tell you what these will be before you commit, so the total cost is on the table from the start.

Common questions
When is the commission due?
On completion — the DLD transfer for a sale, or the signing of the tenancy contract for a rental. Nothing is payable while a property is simply listed.
Do both sides pay?
No. The commission is charged once, on the transaction, and the listing states who pays it before anyone views the property.
Can the rate change after I list?
Not for a property already listed. The rate shown on your listing when you publish it is the rate that applies to that transaction.
